Biography

Professor Nicol is deeply interested in all topics related to public administration and public management, but is especially interested in those areas of the discipline on the quantitative end of the spectrum. His teaching interests include public budgeting and finance and program evaluation at the undergraduate and graduate level. In addition to his work with the Department of Political Science, Professor Nicol contributes to the Master of Public Administration program and the Michigan Certified Public Manager Program.
